Cancellation Policy
Please note the following policy regarding cancellation and rescheduling of single lessons at ARTHUR’S ENGLISH SCHOOL. Cancellations must be made at least four (4) hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Cancellations made less than four hours before the lesson will be charged at half the lesson price. Cancellations should be made via phone call on the school number. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your lesson for a later date and time with no penalty if you cancel within the four-hour window. To reschedule, please contact the ARTHUR’S ENGLISH SCHOOL.
